HOW to ORDER

Placing an order is easy. Just call me or use the contact form at the bottom of this or any page. Tell me what you're interested in and your zip code, and I'll get back to you with a quote that includes shipping (and sales tax for California residents).

Amplifiers: When you place your order, I'll ask you for a deposit of $500. When the amp is complete and ready to ship, I'll contact you for payment of the balance. Lead time for amplifiers is usually 3 to 6 weeks. 

Speaker cabinets: Cabs are built to order, and I'll ask for payment in full at the time you place the order. If you would like something other than the default Celestion G12H-75 Creamback, the price may adjust up or down. I'll be happy to provide a quote for any speaker you'd like installed, just ask. Lead time for speaker cabs is approximately 4 weeks.

T-Shirts: T-shirts ship free when purchased with an amplifier.

HOW to PAY

Payment is made through PayPal.com. I'll go over the details with you when you contact me to place your order. With everything handled through PayPal, I never have access to your credit card or financial information.

EVALUATION PERIOD and RETURN POLICY

When you buy from BC Audio, you have a 14-day evaluation period to fully explore your new amp. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product within the evaluation period for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Returns are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee (10% for Octal-Plex Series, 20% for custom orders). Products must be returned in as-new condition, with all originally included accessories and documentation. Returned items that are found to not be in as-new condition will be subject to deductions from the refund amount to cover the cost of repair or diminished value at the sole discretion of BC Audio.
